ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented People Analytics Intern. This internship is located in Herndon, VA ; all work is onsite.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights
Prepare presentations to communicate findings
Assist with people analytics projects or initiatives
Required Qualifications
Academic or professional experience withCandidate must be eligible for a security clearance; US Citizenship is required
Current full-time student pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Psychology, or related field with a projected expected graduation date after December 2025
Statistical analysis
Academic or professional experience with complex datasets
Proficiency with R or Python
Ability to work on-site FT in Herndon
Desired Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
